Lunch-n-Learns - Speaking Presentations


Employee Centric offers a series of brown bag "Lunch-n-Learns" that are
designed to be fun, entertaining and enlightening. Our goal is to keep
employees engaged in their workplace by providing interactive sessions that
help them stay involved and learn something in the process. Companies that
provide on-site resources are considered some of the best places to work,
according to the Richmond Magazine, November, 2007 edition.

Our Wellness Lunch-n-Learns help employees change their lifestyle by
providing innovative programming designed to engage them rather than
reciting the standard wellness advice employees hear over and over again.
The foundation of all of the material is the basic principles of moderation and
balance delivered in a new and thought provoking way. The objective is to
help employees realize that making healthier choices is not something they
have to do, but convince them it's something they want to do as part of an
ongoing journey to a better life.
